These homes showcase our unwavering commitment to addressing the housing crisis through modern construction methods and sustainability.
The Grenofen EverAfter Demonstrator, our first project, brings together best practices in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), for quick delivery, more efficiency and a smaller footprint on our planet.
Alongside the Grenofen Ever After cottage, we'll build six more demonstrator homes, each designed to further advance sustainable, affordable housing solutions.
